Recently, I had an unpleasant experience while boarding on booked flight tickets on www.ezeego1.co.in . We were denied boarding on Nov 4, 2007 at chennai airport by jet airways on the reason that our ticket has been cancelled.I was accompanied by my father and mother.We were travelling back to Patna after my father was operated for cataract in Shankar Netralaya, Chennai.
We apprached Jet Airways for clarification. It was informed to us that our PNR has been cancelled by www.ezeego1.co.in . We have to return back to our friends home where we were staying.
Next day, I visited Jet Airways office for lodging complaint against www.ezeego1.co.in. Jet Airways sales manager gave a patient hearing and informed us that this is a very common practice done by e travel portals. www.ezeego1.co.in has generated two pnr number for our booking and failed to generate tickets against those pnr number.
But, Jet airways refused to take written complaint against www.ezeego1.co.in on the pretext that www.ezeego.co.in is not authorised travel agent. www.ezeego1.co.in is a bulk buyers of tickets on various routes and jet airways has nothing to do with them after selling the tickets.
I have written mail to www.ezeego1.co.in from the airport on Nov 4, 2007 itself explaining our situation and difficulties faced by us. I got a call from www.ezeego1.co.in on Nov 7, 2007 acknowledging the reciept of mail and error done by them. They said that they are processing our refund in 7 working days. Now, after 10 working days and 5 mails after, we have failed to get refund till now. The customer care is not responding on phone as well as mail. The landline number given on website is also not responding.
We are going to file a complaint in consumer court by next week after going through legal advice.
I would like to have some personal contact in www.ezeego1.co.in through this group. If any one could help us in this regard, Please guide us

I am also going through the same horrible time that you did.
I tried to book a Jet Airways 3rd Jan flight from Bangalore to Delhi from ezeego1 on 12th Dec. I received a "transaction successful" message but afterward got an error screen.
The automated mail from ezeego1 that I received after the booking didn't contain any booking ref. no or travel itinerary.
The amount of 13k has been deducted from my card. I asked Jet Airways helpdesk and got the PNR no., they also mentioned the ticket was not issued as they received cancellation for the same.
From 12th Dec I have been mailing/calling customer care of ezeeog1 but I am not receiving any good reply. Only hollow assurances that some one from technical team will contact me.
Today I got the IDs from your post and have mailed to them also.
Waiting to get my money back...
After adding those email Ids, they started tracking this and calling me about the details. The customer service only responded when their managers came to know none of their subordinates are responding.
Finally After 30 days I got my refund.
P.S. I'll NEVER book any ticket from this site!!!
