After a 22 day campaign and sending e mails to the customer care manager that shalini sent to me, I got refund of 17726 after deducting cashback yesterday. They apologise on phone and offered to return any difference of fair that we may have paid flying on 6th nov. I said its ok but this did not compensate for the humiliation that parents suffered on being denied boarding passes. Moreover, my dad was on post operative care period and was adviced that he should not suffer any stressful situation. The two days were immense stress to all of us and there were lost business oppurtunities.
we have found the address of consumer court in mumbai and my brother will file a case against ezeego1 seeking a compensation of Rs 4-5 lacs.
Ezeego1 must be penalised for the recklessness and callousness that they have shown for last one month.

I read your problemes and then checked my credit card bill. Sure enough for my 8 tickets on ezeego no refund. also for a Rs 10,000 refund on some booking that i did not take - no refund .I have called them , vistied them at bandra , called icici bank but over a ,month and no refund of cash back nor of my deposit
Its a waste of time to go to them , call them. Best of all they enjoy interest free funds for a month or two or till you chase them
This is quite sad. And i doubt that a cash back would induce me the next time
Pl pass me the email ids you used and the contacts you used ..may be of some use to me
